So. We sold many copies of Eets today! And, of course, in my genius, the download link I gave out was a special PAX version, of which version I forgot to upload. I then rush back to the hotel to fix the problem, and breath a sigh of relief that the problem is fixed.

Unfortunately, the download link is case sensitive, causing the download link to still not work for many people. I’ve now fixed it, but I think it’s safe to say that was really poor form on my part, and I just wanted to apologize to you all for that. We’re still at PAX tomorrow, so if you’re reading this, feel free to come over to our booth and reprimand me.

To recap, those of you who bought the game at PAX this year, your download link is here:

If you have any problems, feel free to email us. Sorry about that!

  1. So what is the difference between the “special” PAX version and the regular one??

  2. The only difference is the copy protection mechanism used. The one given out at PAX is much less confusing to use when we give out license keys, so we decided to use that one instead.

We may actually transition over to the copy protection used with PAX goers, eventually, but we haven’t quite decided yet, since there are pros and cons of both.

Yeah, it really is a killer key, isn’t it? After the 3rd comment of “wtf? You think this is secure enough?” I clued in… :P
